Residents approved five distinct recreational projects under Article 12, allocating a total of $153,000 from the Community Preservation Act funds. A. Wandell presented each recommendation individually, all of which passed by voice vote.

The largest allocation was $50,000 for backstop netting at the Hobomock soccer fields. Voters also approved $30,000 to construct new bocce courts at the Community Center. Other projects included $45,000 to replace an equipment shed at the Madakis Street fields, $15,000 for a shed at Magoun Park, and $13,000 for a summer program office with storage capabilities.

The projects represent a variety of improvements to the town's athletic and recreational facilities, supporting both youth sports and senior activities.
